I contacted Debbie from her advertising flyer I found in the drawer of my aunt's condo after my aunt had passed and I was trying to settle her estate.

Debbie agreed to meet me at the condo and walk through with me and give me some ideas of how to put the condo on the market. She arrived with a friendly face and a printed market analysis she prepared for the area around the condo.She explained the importance of setting a price correctly. She walked through the condo with me giving suggestions on how to prepare it before putting it on the market. This first meeting was so helpful ( at a stressful time) I had well organized information and a plan to move forward with. Debbie's knowledge and experience allowed me to prepare the condo and put on the market on a Thursday with an open house 2 days later on Saturday and multiple offers 4 days after listing . Due to the final offer being a cash offer the entire process was started and completed in 1 month.I would 100% recommend Debbie Johnson to anyone who is in need of a Realtor.

"Debbie is a true professional. She worked with my wife and I for a year or two before we ever were set on selling our home. She stayed in touch and kept me abreast of all the sales and new homes coming to the market over that time span so my wife and I knew exactly when to list our home. Debbie made herself available to us constantly and was always extremely responsive. She went over and above her professional duties several times to make sure we were taken care of. I never felt that Debbie was putting her interests ahead of my own. She sold our condo in a very timely manner and located the house we currently live in as well. "Debbie listed and sold my condo in Trillium Park. She was very professional, responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She has very high customer service capabilities and was very helpful.

She provided a very thorough market analysis and had done a significant amount of homework before our first meeting. Her pictures and the booklet she put together highlighting the elements of our condo really positioned it to be a strong entry in the market. She has a significant amount of experience selling condos in this area, and was able to anticipate key issues and concerns that may come up based on several elements of our condo (first floor unit, etc.). Any time I had a question or concern, she was extremely responsive and gave an answer that was reasonable and well-supported. She was completely on top of the details leading up to the closing to make sure that the process went smoothly. She attended the appraisal, which certainly helped in ensuring that the property appraised at the price we received from the buyer.

"Debbie provided excellent service from our first meeting through closing. At our first meeting she reviewed the property and provided valuable advice on updates and changes I could make in order to get the best price. Many of the her recommendations were very easy and inexpensive changes. When the property was ready to be listed Debbie did another walk through with me to review the updates and make a few final suggestions before taking photographs for the listing. Her photographs are excellent quality and showed the property in its best light. Debbie provided a booklet with comparative market analysis - in my case information for 16 properties, listed, under contract and recently sold, was provided. Using the market analysis we chose a price and then Debbie suggested that the property be listed on a Thursday to get the most attention before holding an Open House on the following Sunday. Before the first showing Debbie provided rugs for the entry way, signs asking buyers to remove their shoes, color brochures, and a sign asking Realtors to remember to turn out the lights after showings. Within 14 days of listing I had an offer. Debbie guided me through the negotiation process during which a second offer came in - having multiple offers gave me confidence that I was getting the best price. During the inspection process Debbie helped greatly in negotiations, at one point she called to the city inspector to get information to dispute incorrect information provided by an inspector. Debbie also attended the appraisal. Despite lengthy negotiations during the inspection process Debbie made sure that we were still able to close on the initially scheduled date. Throughout the sale process every time I called or e-mailed Debbie she responded within minutes. I cant say enough great things about Debbie, she is professional, approachable and provides valuable advice at every step of the buying process."
